Today we had a pep rally for our spring sports like tennis, lacrosse and others. They decided to do it the day after we got back from spring break to lift our spirits a little bit. Well now there is a ton of controversy surrounding our school and parents are very upset because of the little performance our gymnastics team did. What parents our mainly upset about is that they played the song '3' by Britney Spears. If you don't remember it you can Google search it but it is basically about threesomes. But before you side with the people complaining it doesn't blatantly talk about threesomes or sex . . I didn't even know it was about threesomes until someone told me today. Half the reason is because I couldn't understand half of what the fuck Britney was singing. But anyway they started the song and they gymnastics team came out and danced on a horizontal metal pole, not really strip tease or anything like that and they were fully clothed, they were just wearing leggings and corset tops. In my opinion, it's not that big of a deal. Some of these parents who are complaining probably have kids who are doing worse things than threesomes so I have no idea what all the fuss is about.
